FAQs

How do I get my certification?

All the certifications are issued by Canadian Red Cross to the email provided by the client within a maximum of 7-10 business days. There is no physical card from Canadian Red Cross or FirstAid4Everyone. If you don’t get any certification in the email within that period, then Red Cross should be contacted as FirstAid4Everyone does not issue the permanent certifications.

Yes, that is called a temporary certification which is provided in the email by Firstaid4everyone within 1 business day after the training. A temporary certificate, which is valid for 2 months can be used while you are waiting for the Red Cross certificate.

A $5 fee will apply to all the cancellations or rescheduling. It can be done only once, within 48 hours before the course.

After that no refunds will be issued and a rescheduling fee of $25 will apply to every subsequent rescheduling. You can call or send an email (this applies to recertification courses as well, with expired certifications).

If you have to change the course, you must pay the remaining course fee. No refunds will be issued.

In case of absent/failed to complete the online component, no refund is issued and a rescheduling fee + half of course fee will apply.

Yes, we offer private courses at our location or at workplace. Call or send an email and we can arrange it for you at your convenient location and time.

Yes, but within the validity period and for the same level of training.

You can’t recertify twice consecutively.

It should be a previous Red Cross valid certification, and you must send the previous permanent (not temporary) certificate to the office by email. Only Standard First Aid (valid for 3 years) and BLS (valid for 1 year) can be renewed.

There is no recertification of Emergency First Aid and CPR.

No refunds will be issued if: you fail to provide the proof, it is expired certificate or registered for a wrong course.
