All the certifications are sent by Canadian Red Cross to the email provided by the client within a maximum of 8-10 business days. There is no physical card from Canadian Red Cross or FirstAid4Everyone since 2018. If you don’t get any certification in the email within that time frame, then Red Cross should be contacted as FirstAid4Everyone does not issue the permanent certification.
Yes, that is called a temporary certificate which is provided on request. Call/email after the completion of the course and you will get a temporary certificate in your email within 1 or 2 business days which is valid for 2 weeks. It can be used meanwhile you are waiting for the Red Cross certification.
It can be done within 48 hours before the course, just call or drop in an email. Otherwise, a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $20 will apply.

Yes, but within the validity period and for the same level of training. You can’t recertify twice consecutively; it should be a previous Red Cross valid certification and you must send the proof of the previous course to our email before the training.
Standard First Aid Recertification is 8 hours in-class session.
Standard First Aid (Blended) Recertification is Online 6-8 hours component and 4 hours in-class session.
